The seat height is appx inches high 18 with the counion x 23 inches between the arms. The ottoman measures appx 18.5 inches tall x 24 inches wide x 24 inches deep. The cushions are clean, reversible and removeable. There is a little damage to the chair as shown in the photos. There are some minor dings as well. Please use photos for description.
