Most of our products are removed from the estates, unless otherwise noted.

All  items are being sold precisely as is, No altercations of any manner have been performed. 

Local pick up is encouraged, contact us to schedule pickup time. 

We ship via USPS, UPS or FEDEX for our smaller items.  For our  larger items such as furniture, it is the buyers responsibly to contact a  shipping company such as Plycon or Uship for the shipping arrangements.  

All Sales are Final unless otherwise stated.
